Honey Hydrator Recipe
    Ingredients:
  • 12 oz cold water (bonus points if it’s filtered)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
    Instructions:
  1. Stir the honey into the water until fully dissolved.
  2. Pour over ice or keep it chilled in your water bottle.
  3. Sip + enjoy the subtle sweetness and light energy lift.
